         KJ-T1200 series high-temperature pyrolysis furnace adopts quartz furnace tube as the furnace tube, the working temperature range is 400°C to 1100°C, molybdenum-containing resistance wire is used as the heating element, double-layer shell structure and intelligent program temperature control system are adopted, phase-shift trigger , SCR control, the furnace material is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and an air cooling system is equipped between the double-layer furnace shells, which can be vacuumed through the atmosphere. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, and energy saving.
         The control system of this series of equipment is internationally advanced, with the characteristics of safety and reliability, simple operation, high temperature control accuracy, good heat preservation effect, high uniformity of furnace temperature, and can be vacuumed and filled with various protective gases or destructive gases. It is widely used in experiments and small batch production in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, etc.
     
    Main functions and features:
    1. The heating element adopts molybdenum-containing resistance wire, and the furnace insulation material adopts polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no miscellaneous balls, high purity, and good energy-saving effect.
    2. The entire furnace body adopts a double-layer liner structure with an air gap in the middle to isolate it. Even if the furnace temperature is as high as 1100°C, the surface of the furnace body can still be safely touched without feeling hot.
    3. The furnace tube adopts quartz furnace tube, the temperature resistance of the furnace tube can reach 1100 ℃, and it can withstand extreme cold and extreme heat.

    Precautions 1.The pressure in the furnace tube should not be higher than 0.02MPa.
    2.Due to the high internal pressure of the gas cylinder, when the gas is fed into the furnace tube, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder, which will be more accurate and safe during use.
    3.When the temperature of the furnace body is higher than 1000°C, the furnace tube cannot be in a vacuum state, and the air pressure in the furnace tube must be equal to the atmospheric pressure and kept at normal pressure.
    4.The gas flow rate entering the furnace tube must be less than 200SCCM to avoid the impact of the cold atmospheric flow on the heated quartz tube.
    5. The long-term service temperature of the quartz tube is less than 1100°C.
    6.For sample heating experiments, it is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If you need to close the gas valve to heat the sample, you need to always pay attention to the indication of the pressure gauge. If the pressure indication is greater than 0.02MPa, you must immediately open the vent valve to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.).
